• The Black Rhino (Diceros bicornis) is found in the desert and grassland habitats of Namibia, Coastal East Africa.
• They have an estimated population of 5,000 - 5,400.
• Poaching is the biggest threat facing the Black Rhino. Having two horns makes them a lucrative target for the illegal horn trade.
